How far in advance should I book in Charlotte?
For weekday mid-day slots, 1–2 weeks is comfortable. Saturday mornings book out 3–4 weeks ahead, especially in spring and fall when every doodle in Dilworth needs a trim. If you want to be on the recurring schedule (every 4 or 6 weeks), we'll lock the same time slot for you and you never have to scramble.
Do you serve Uptown / Center City condos?
Yes. We groom plenty of Fourth Ward and South End dogs whose owners live in towers without driveways. We coordinate with your building's loading zone or visitor parking — just let us know the address when you book and we'll handle the logistics.
What about HOA neighborhoods with gates?
Common — Ballantyne, Quail Hollow, Piper Glen, Foxcroft. Send the gate code in your booking confirmation reply, or call us 10 minutes before arrival and we'll wait for you to wave us in.
Do you charge a travel fee inside Charlotte?
No — 15 miles from 28203 covers all of Charlotte proper and most of the immediate suburbs. The flat $15 travel fee only kicks in for Waxhaw, far Davidson, and a handful of outer pockets.
