Why locals choose us
Six years on these streets. We know which neighborhoods need an early slot, which gates need a code, and which dogs need an extra ten minutes to warm up to us.
Sarah grooms every single dog herself. No franchisees, no rotating staff. The same hands every six weeks for thousands of Charlotte pups.
Living off Providence or Independence? We book your slot in the right time of day — not stuck in a queue while you watch the clock from your kitchen.
Humid summers wreck doodle coats. Pollen-heavy springs shed goldens. We adjust products and brush-outs by season — your dog isn't getting a generic groom.

Charlotte voices
"We've lived in Charlotte for twelve years and tried four different groomers between Park Road and Dilworth. Sarah is the first one who actually listened when I said our schnauzer hates the dryer. She switched to a low-noise dryer and Walter just sat there blinking at her. He's never been calmer after a groom."
"I work hybrid out of Uptown and the idea of trekking my golden to a salon at 7am was killing me. Pawsh comes to the building, parks at my visitor spot, grooms Otis while I'm on a Teams call. I literally don't lose two hours of my day anymore."
"Found Pawsh after our old groomer ghosted us mid-summer. Sarah was booked but squeezed in our cavapoo within the week. Pricing was clear up front and she even sent a little after-photo. We're never going back to a salon."

For weekday mid-day slots, 1–2 weeks is comfortable. Saturday mornings book out 3–4 weeks ahead, especially in spring and fall when every doodle in Dilworth needs a trim. If you want to be on the recurring schedule (every 4 or 6 weeks), we'll lock the same time slot for you and you never have to scramble.
