What's included

Eight steps. One flat price.

No upsells at the curb. Everything below is part of every Full Groom.

Warm hypoallergenic wash

Two lathers with shampoo matched to your dog's coat and skin. We rinse until the water runs clear.

Conditioning soak

Coat-specific conditioner left on for three minutes. Better detangle, less brush-out stress, healthier finish.

High-velocity blow-out

Lifts the undercoat and pulls out dead hair before scissors ever come near. This is the secret to a long-lasting cut.

Full brush and de-tangle

Line-brushed by hand, top coat to skin. We work mats out gently — and tell you honestly if they need to come off.

Breed-appropriate cut and style

Show clip, teddy bear, summer short, or whatever you ask for. We follow your direction and our training.

Nails trimmed and smoothed

Clipped, then filed so they don't snag the rug. Quick to settle, no clack-clack-clack on hardwoods.

Ears cleaned and plucked

Gentle ear flush plus hair pluck on breeds that need it. Reduces infection risk between grooms.

Sanitary trim and pad shave

Tidy bottom, clean paw pads, no hidden tangles. Standard on every Full Groom — never an add-on.

Pricing by size

One price per size. You see it before you book.

Dog size Full Groom
Small Under 25 lb$95
Medium 25–60 lb$115
Large 60–90 lb$145
XL / Doubles 90 lb+ or two pupsQuoted

Heavy matting or coats over 4+ months out from a groom may add time. We'll text you photos and discuss before any extra work begins.

Perfect for

If your pup needs a haircut, this is the one.

The Full Groom is the right pick anytime your dog needs more than a bath — typically every 4 to 8 weeks for double-coats, doodles, and most longer-haired breeds.

  • Doodles, poodles, and any non-shed coat that grows fast
  • Shih Tzus, Yorkies, Maltese, Bichons, Havanese
  • Schnauzers, Cockers, Cavaliers, terriers
  • Pups who are getting shaggy around the eyes or paws
  • Anyone who wants the whole spa experience in one visit

What to expect

From driveway to fresh-and-fluffy in under 90 minutes.

  1. Hello and intake

We pull up, set the parking brake, and walk to your door. Two minutes to chat about the cut and check your pup's vibe.

  2. Bath and conditioner

Into the van, onto the non-slip mat. Warm water, gentle pressure, two lathers, and a three-minute soak.

  3. Dry, brush, and cut

High-velocity dry to lift the coat, full line-brushing, then a quiet scissor or clipper finish — whichever your dog prefers.

  4. Walked back to you

Nails, ears, and a quick photo. We hand your pup back at the door, send the receipt by text, and tap rebook for the next one.

What clients say about the Full Groom

"She looked like a different dog."

★★★★★

"Booked the Full Groom for our Cavapoo Biscuit and she came back like a brand-new dog. The teddy face is exactly what I asked for — no salon has ever gotten it right. Sarah even texted a 'before' photo so we could compare. We're already on the every-6-weeks plan."

Hannah K. · Myers Park · Cavapoo
★★★★★

"I used to drop our schnauzer Mac off for half a day, get a call to come pick up two hours later than promised, and pay $90 plus tip plus the gas of the round trip. Pawsh did the same haircut in 70 minutes in our driveway for $115 flat. I am never going back."

Derek O. · Olde Providence · Miniature Schnauzer
★★★★★

"Worth every penny. Our doodle hates the salon and we'd been putting off the haircut for like three months. Sarah was patient, didn't rush him, and the cut held shape for over six weeks."

Priya S. · Ballantyne · Goldendoodle

FAQ

Common Full Groom questions.

How is this different from "The Bath"?

The Bath is wash, dry, brush, and nails only — no haircut. The Full Groom adds a breed-appropriate cut, style, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, and pad shave. If your pup's coat grows out, you almost certainly want the Full Groom.

How often should my dog get a Full Groom?

Most longer-coated breeds do best on a 4–6 week cycle. Coats stay healthier, mats can't form, and your pup gets used to the routine. Customers who book recurring save $5–$10 per groom.

What if my dog is matted?

We always check the coat before starting. Brushing through tight mats is painful, so for severe matting we may recommend a humane shave-down and a fresh start. We text you photos and quote any extra time before scissors touch the coat.

Will you cut my dog exactly the length I want?

Yes — bring a photo, tell us a number (like "half an inch"), or describe the cut and we'll repeat it back before starting. If you don't love it, the next groom is on us.

Do you trim around the eyes and paws?

Always — eye-window trim, paw pads, sanitary area, and a tidy face shape are all included. No surprise add-on charges at the curb.

Can I add deshedding or teeth brushing?

Of course. Deshedding is +$25, teeth brushing is +$10. Or step up to The Spa, which bundles deshed, teeth, and a blueberry facial together for less than buying them separately.
