Why SouthPark picks us

Why SouthPark dog owners pick Pawsh

Discreet, on-time, and consistent. The reasons SouthPark uses our same six-week recurring slot for two years running.

Concierge-tier consistency.

Same groomer, same day, same time slot every six weeks. Your pup never wonders who's lifting them onto the table.

We arrive on the dot.

You're managing showings, dropping kids at Charlotte Latin, hosting clients at Del Frisco's. We text 30 minutes out and we pull up in the window — never a "we'll be there sometime today."

HOA-approved across SouthPark.

Foxcroft, Olde Foxcroft, Sharon Hills, Beverly Woods — we know the visitor parking rules and stay out of the no-park zones.

Show-coat caliber.

Plenty of SouthPark dogs are AKC-registered or close to it. We use breed-correct scissoring and asymmetric finishing — not just a sanitary clipper-down.

What 28211 says about us

★★★★★

"Used a high-end salon in SouthPark for six years and never once felt like the dogs were the priority. Sarah came to the house, set up between the cars, and groomed both our cavaliers back to back with their breed cuts perfectly intact. She remembered Penny's ear shape from the consult photos. We're never going back to a salon."

"My realtor schedule makes salon appointments impossible — I get a showing the night before and have to cancel. With Pawsh I just text Sarah and we rebook the same week. She's saved my Saturdays so many times. And Biscuit comes out looking incredible every time."

"Our golden Hudson is 11 and we worried mobile would be too intense in a small space. Sarah brought the hydraulic table, went super slow with him, and he actually fell asleep mid-brush. He used to be wiped out for two days after the salon — this time he walked back inside like nothing happened."

SouthPark FAQ

Questions SouthPark households ask

How far in advance should I book in SouthPark?

SouthPark Saturday slots usually book 3+ weeks out. Weekdays are easier — often within 7–10 days. If you're serious about a regular cadence, ask about a standing 4 or 6 week appointment. We have several SouthPark clients on the same Tuesday-at-10 slot for 18+ months.

Can you groom both of my dogs in one visit?

Yes — back-to-back, one at a time. Bring the second pup out when we're 10 minutes from finishing the first. We bill per dog, not per visit, and recurring discounts stack.

What about high-rises near SouthPark Mall?

We work with the SouthPark Towers, the Carlyle, and the Phillips Place residences. We coordinate with concierge for visitor parking. Send the building name when you book.

Will the van fit in our circular driveway?

Almost certainly. The van is 22 ft long; we routinely fit on tighter circle drives in Foxcroft and Sharon Hills. If we're concerned about turn radius, we'll park curbside and walk your dog 20 feet — completely fine.

Ready for a stress-free groom in SouthPark?

One groomer, on the dot, every six weeks. The way it should've been all along.
