What's included

Everything a great bath should be — and nothing extra you didn't ask for.

Warm hypoallergenic wash

Two full lathers with coat-matched shampoo. We rinse twice — once isn't enough to get the soap residue out.

Conditioning rinse

Skin and coat conditioner left on for three minutes. Drier-skin breeds and seniors notice the difference for weeks.

High-velocity dry

Real HV dryer — not towels and prayers. Lifts the undercoat, pulls out dead hair, and gets your pup back to you fluffy, not damp.

Full brush-out

Line-brushed through the coat to clear shed undercoat and small tangles. Healthier coat, cleaner couch.

Nails clipped and smoothed

Clipped, then filed so they don't snag rugs or scratch hardwoods. Standard with every Bath.

Ear cleaning

Gentle ear flush to clear wax and reduce infection risk between grooms. Plus a fresh squirt of scented spritz on the way out.

Pricing by size

One flat price per size. Pay after the bath.

Dog size The Bath
Small Under 25 lb$75
Medium 25–60 lb$95
Large 60–90 lb$120
XL / Doubles 90 lb+ or two pupsQuoted

Heavy shedders can add the de-shedding treatment for $25 — usually worth it on goldens, labs, huskies, and shepherds.

Perfect for

If your pup doesn't need a haircut, this is the one.

The Bath is the right pick for shorter-coated breeds, between-cut maintenance, dogs that rolled in something terrible, or anyone just due for a wash.

  • Labs, goldens, retrievers, and shepherds
  • Boxers, beagles, pit mixes, and other short-coats
  • Doodles and poodles in between haircuts
  • Pups who got into the mud, the lake, or the garbage
  • Anyone who needs a wash without a 2-hour appointment

What to expect

Forty-five minutes from "hello" to fresh-smelling.

  1. Hello and intake

We pull up, set the brake, and meet you at the door. Quick check on the coat and any sore spots before we start.

  2. Two-lather wash

Warm water, gentle pressure, shampoo matched to your dog. Two lathers and two rinses — no soapy residue left behind.

  3. HV dry and brush

Real high-velocity dryer to lift the coat, then a full line-brush. This is what separates Pawsh from a quick rinse at home.

  4. Nails, ears, and home

Nails clipped and filed, ears cleaned, light scented spritz. We hand your pup back at the door and text the receipt.

What clients say about The Bath

"He came back actually dry. Real dryer."

★★★★★

"Our lab rolled in something incredible on a Saturday morning. Booked The Bath for Sunday at 10am and Sarah was in the driveway exactly on time. He came back actually dry — like, real dryer dry, not damp-and-shivering dry. The whole house smells better."

Tasha L. · Plaza Midwood · Labrador
★★★★★

"I bathe my own doodle between haircuts but it's a 90-minute production and the bathroom looks like a crime scene. Booked The Bath for our in-between week and it was honestly cheaper than the time and the destroyed towels."

Greg M. · Dilworth · Mini Goldendoodle
★★★★★

"Quick, clean, and exactly what was promised. No upsell at the curb to a more expensive package. Just a great bath."

Renee O. · Mint Hill · Beagle

FAQ

Common Bath questions.

What's the difference between The Bath and The Full Groom?

The Bath is wash, dry, brush, nails, and ears — no haircut. The Full Groom adds a breed-appropriate cut, style, sanitary trim, and pad shave. If your pup's coat grows long, you probably want the Full Groom.

How often should my dog get a Bath?

Every 3 to 6 weeks for most pups, depending on coat and lifestyle. Frequent swimmers, hikers, and shedders do best on the shorter end.

Can you do The Bath without a brush-out?

We always include the brush-out — it's most of what makes a bath actually last. If your dog's coat is too short to need much brushing (think boxers or beagles), we'll keep it quick.

Will my dog smell like a perfume bomb?

No. We use mild scented shampoos and a light finishing spritz only if you want it. If your pup is sensitive, just tell us and we'll skip the spritz.

Can I add nail grinding or teeth brushing?

Yes — nail grind is +$15 (smoother finish than clipping alone), teeth brushing is +$10, and deshed treatment is +$25 for the shedders.

Do you take same-week bath bookings?

Usually yes — baths are quicker, so we can often slot you in within 2–4 days. Check the calendar for live availability.
