Cancellation Policy

Free up to 24 hours before

You can reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Just text or call (571) 739-5771, or reply to your confirmation text.

$25 fee inside 24 hours

If you cancel less than 24 hours before, there's a $25 fee. We hold each slot specifically for one dog — turning down other bookings to keep it open — so a late cancellation means a lost groom on our side.

The fee is waived for: sick dog (just send a photo or vet note), groomer no-show, severe weather, or a true emergency. Tell us what happened and we'll work with you.

What counts as a no-show

If we arrive at the address and no one is home or no one answers the door after 15 minutes of texts + door knocks, that's a no-show. No-shows are billed the full service price for the booked tier.

How we cancel on our side

If Sarah cancels due to severe weather, vehicle issue, or illness, we reschedule and offer a $25 credit toward your next groom. We will never charge you for an appointment we didn't perform.

Recurring schedules

If you're on a 4-, 6-, or 8-week recurring schedule, the cancellation policy applies the same way. Missed recurring appointments count toward losing the recurring discount if a pattern develops (we'll talk to you first — no surprise removals).
