Privacy Policy

Pawsh Mobile Grooming LLC ("Pawsh," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

1. Information we collect

When you book or contact us, we collect:

• Contact info: name, phone number, email address, mailing address (we need your address to drive to it).
• Pet info: dog's name, breed, age, weight class, vaccination records, behavioral notes you share.
• Booking info: appointment date/time, service selected, payment method.
• Site analytics: page views, referring site, approximate location (city-level), browser type. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or fingerprinting.

2. How we use it

• To deliver the grooming service you booked.
• To send booking confirmations and the 24-hour reminder text.
• To process payments after the appointment.
• To follow up after a groom (one-time satisfaction text; opt out anytime by replying STOP).
• To improve the site — aggregate analytics only, never individual tracking.

We do not sell your information. We do not run ads on this site. We do not share your contact list with marketers.

3. Third parties we share with

The following service providers handle your data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy terms:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): stores your booking record and contact info. Privacy policy.
• Twilio / messaging carriers: deliver the SMS reminders. Privacy policy.
• Stripe: processes card payments. We don't store full card numbers. Privacy policy.
• Cloudflare: hosts this site and provides DDoS protection. Privacy policy.

4. Cookies & tracking

This site uses minimal cookies: the GoHighLevel booking widget sets cookies for session state, and the Cloudflare CDN may set load-balancing cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other tracking pixels on this site.

Cloudflare Web Analytics (the only analytics we use) is cookieless and uses no fingerprinting; it cannot identify you across sites.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you what data we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your record entirely (we'll keep transaction records for 7 years as required by NC tax law)
• Stop sending you marketing texts or emails

If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have additional rights under that law (access, deletion, opt-out of "sale" — we don't sell, but the right applies). The contact info above covers those requests.
